1. Right to Cancel (Standard Orders)

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel a standard order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this, notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the items (in original, unread condition) within a further 14 days.

2. Pre-Order & Special Import Policy

We offer a bespoke sourcing service for titles requested from overseas. To facilitate this, we require a 20% deposit at the time of order.

• Non-Refundable Status: This deposit becomes non-refundable once we send your Order Confirmation Email. This fee covers the non-recoverable logistics and administrative costs of the Pre-order process.

• The 30-Day Guarantee: Unless a longer timeframe is specifically agreed upon at the time of confirmation, if we fail to dispatch your book within 30 days of the Confirmation Email, you may cancel for a full refund of your deposit.

• Supplier Failure: If our supplier cannot fulfill the order, we will refund your deposit in full.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective (e.g., printing errors), or is not as described:

• Please contact us immediately for a replacement or a full refund.

• Victoria City Culture Limited will cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.

4. Proof of Purchase

Returns are only accepted from the original purchaser and must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation).

5. Return Shipping

For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service.
